Application of Anheda POM board

Product Name: POM board is extruded at high temperature by POM plastic particles through an extruder, and extruded through the corresponding die to obtain plates of different thicknesses. It is a high melting point, high crystalline thermoplastic engineering plastic. Due to the outstanding characteristics of the POM board, it is very suitable for machining on automatic lathes, especially for making precision parts.

The POM board is a surface-lubricated, lustrous hard and fine material, light yellow or white, which can be used for a long time in the temperature range of -40-100 °C. Its wear resistance and self-lubricity are also superior to most engineering plastics, and it has outstanding oil and peroxide resistance. Very resistant to acid, not resistant to strong alkali and not resistant to moonlight ultraviolet radiation.

       POM has a good induction function, which is the hardest in thermoplastic plastic guessing. It is one of the most closely related types of plastics in plastics. Its tensile strength, flexural strength, fatigue strength, wear resistance and electricity. The sex is very good and can be used for a long time between -40 degrees and 100 degrees.
